David L. Paul offers a curated digital catalog of original paintings, limited edition prints, and fine art photography. Each listing provides technical details, exhibition history, and conservation guidance. The service is limited to presenting and selling these physical artworks; it does not include digital licensing, reproduction rights, or commissioning of new pieces.
The artist retains all intellectual property rights to the images and compositions. As a buyer, you acquire the physical artwork and its certificate of authenticity. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for arranging appropriate insurance during transit. The gallery is obligated to package each piece according to museum standards and to ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.
While every effort is made to represent colors and materials accurately on screen, slight variations may occur due to monitor calibration. The gallery is not liable for damage caused by improper handling, mounting, or environmental conditions after delivery. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the artwork in question.
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. If you have an active order, the terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply. You may stop using the catalog at any time; this does not affect the ownership of artworks you have already acquired.
